Triangle HD Reach HDSA SG
I know that sometimes I just need someone to talk to about HD--and that is true for everyone in an HD family. Sometimes people who have HD just want to talk to other people that have HD. Caregivers just want to connect with other caregivers. I personally have been uplifted and supported by all the families that share their difficulties and successes in living with HD.
Well guess what! We have just the place for you to have that safe place to talk freely--the Triangle Support group! We'll be splitting into two groups so you can talk about what you want to talk about without worrying about hurting the people you care about. It's a chance to be unpluged! I'm inviting you to come, Kelly, so you can get the support you need to live with HD. I hope you'll come-to be uplifted or to lift someone else up! Our support group will be next Thursday (August 16) from 7-9 at HD Reach. We're at 1004 Dresser Court in Raleigh. We'll be hanging out in the conference room.
Oh, and we have a baker extraorniare that brings awesome snacks! You defintely won't go hungry!!
